Scripture Encourages Praying for One Another
In 1 Peter 1:13-18, scripture outlines what we should be doing and why. We worship an awesome God who answers our prayers! However, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 teaches that we need to always rejoice, with thanksgiving in our hearts, and pray without ceasing.
16Rejoice always, 17pray without ceasing, 18give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
